  • @pammyglo1 plan with some almonds or walnuts in there...no salt on them of course...you can also add two chopped strawberries or blueberries in there with teasppon of honey...I would suggest you get plan greek yougart that way you can add those other things without worrying about to much surgar.

  • please give some ideas of how to eat greek yogart
