  • I'm blind and have a C6 complete spinal injury. People have always called me "stubborn" too, but I call it being determined.

I think it's great that Jesse is there to work with patients after they are injured because it shows them that anything they put their minds to is possible, not the normal "you will only ever be able to do this" attitude that you usually get at rehab. I also think it's great that him and his wife have dealt with things together and started a family together.

  • @WildKatSpeaking Thanks for your perspective.

wait, if you're blind how are you typing this?

  • My brother John is a C2 ventillated quad starting his computer degree in Feb. He's such an inspiration and we should thank God for all his mercies.

  • She's a sweet, strong woman for standing by her man...sadly, i don't think all women would. well, not just women, that could apply to either sex. some people wouldn't stay with someone who became paralyzed, and that's the sad truth. what a great gal and an awesome family.

  • Dr. Lieberman kicks ass!
