On June 1st, 1959 Carl Mann's "Mona Lisa" entered Billboard's Hot Top 100; it would peak at #25 and spent 16 weeks in the Top 100.
The most successful version was by Nat King Cole; on July 15th, 1950 it reached #1 {for 5 weeks} on Billboard's Best Sellers chart...
Won the 1950 Academy Award for "Best Original Song". from the movie "Captain Carey, U.S.A."...

I love this song "Mona Lisa". This is a long version of the song and its Live as well. What year did this song come out?

Carl's version of Mona Lisa was released in march of 1959, It moved on the charts up to 30.
