I'd have to agree that most conversations don't take place like this. This is a very unique conversational piece, but at least the PinYin & characters are present!

Guy : I go to Shanghai for business.
Waitress - Sir, you want something?
Guy: Ah..you talking to me?
Waitress - Yes
