HMC150 24p Test

I went home for a weekend and filmed some random stuff around my house. This video makes no sense its just to show the capabilities of the HMC. A great camera!! Each shot has been doctored in post, but the footage still looked good before. Here's another http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOn2od8eer0

Do you think a FCP 5 can work on this? What editing software do you use?

I use Vegas but I don't think older final cut can do AVCHD

Very nice! I have not seen a such clearity in awhile. I just purchased the Camcorder today and I am going through the manual. Do you have any suggestions on presets? ALSO,,, Did you shoot with a 35mm lens adapter or was the the lens it came with??? Dyeing to know!

Thanks! Just use the "Cine V" setting. I don't use any lens adapters of lens I just use the stock lens. :) Great camera!

Damn it... Thought I was settled on the Canon XF100 but videos like this are swinging me towards the HMC150..

@xvander01 can you tell me what rendering settings you make in sony vegas because the redering formates are driving me crazy, very low quality and big files.Please help me, i'm a beginer.Also in what format do you film in most of the time with hmc150, 1080/24p ? (sorry for my bad english)
