The concept and theoritically this is very good subject. Even Industry experts are talking more and more on this. However in services based industry (like the one India), practical issues are more and if management teams can manage that well; I am sure all employees will be happy and in turn attrition would come down. Finally Companies can spend less money on recruitment and replacements. It works good for both employee and employers if all goes well. -:)

shut up akuastubh you dont know what your talking about ..this is purely to make him and his money grabbing company look good..i am a hcl employee in belfast and over the past year or so we have had sick pay removed, maternity pay removed , no bonus' , the yearly wage increase has been removed , you now only get a wage increase if you dont have 2 periods of sick within 1 year, have no disciplinarys against you and you meet targets constantly bollcks

Interesting thought. It will be great to know how to implement and manage 'Employees First and Customer Second'. Specially in a very competitive and huge environment like India.
