  • I hunt in Elkton ,Michigan at my grandmas and field in front of where I hunt has two of them 350yards away. Nice when you here them go woof woof during another cold day hunting.

  • OK -- the point is? pollution free renewable energy -- good. Kinda ugly -- bad. The good outweighs the bad for most of us, and for the people who own the land, it REALLY outweighs when you figure the royalty payments! Stop using your computer if you want to stop windmills!

  • my bros school is right in frount of those windmills they are huge!!!!!!!!

  • Some people think they look impressive, but you're the first person I ever came across that said they "enjoyed" the view of the windmills.

  • They are not about lowering your power bills, though over time, yes they are an economical source of energy. Wind Energy is 100% renewable and zero emissions. That is the real benefit. Also, most people, including myself, enjoy the view of the turbines.

  • All that ugliness, and no one has had their electrical bills drop one red cent around here.

  • They look cool by Pigeon, the ones by ubly are very ugly in my opinion. I live in Bad Axe.

  • Vestas V-82s?

  • So cool. My grandma and grandpa live right in Piegon, MI and I can see the wind turbines right from their house :)

  • I took some pictures of these windmills when we made a side trip on our summer stay in Caseville. They are so amazing when you see them up close and personal. =)
