This hack transports you to the SMB3 days, as soon as it starts.
It's some sort of hard to manipulate your character on the levels at the beginning, but it's because of the high amount of enemies.
Actually, that's the main (and I could say "only") problem on this hack, as the enemies simply stop you from advancing, and in some cases, they force you to return a whole screen, just to make the enemies disappear.
But, away (VERY away) from the difficulty, the scenery is great, every set of graphics combine perfectly with each other, and the level design is great (it gets frustrating with time, but it's overall great); though, on some cases, you need to run fast to avoid falling enemies, but simultaneously stop to avoid getting hit by anything on the floor, so yeah, that isn't comfortable, at all.
One thing that simply doesn't get old: old music (yeah, ironic), it fits every scenario as it should, it really satisfies the player, or at least it tries to.
The sounds combine correctly with the sprites too, again, fitting on the old SMB3 ambience, so there's nothing else to say about it than, well, great.
Oh, and I'm afraid of that I'm not Japanese, so, yeah, whatever.
Everything in here was planned correctly, but it can't be played by a beginner, even a veteran player could have problems with this hack, but it isn't impossible, yet.
Is it worth your time?
Well, yes, it does, but if you can barely play, then don't even think about it, for your own safety... and for the one of those around you. O_O'
Really, it's a great hack, just making the things a little bit easier (actually, a LOT more easier) would make it perfect, as that's the only frustrating factor it has, that's all for me, just be sure to be a happy player.

Not all, The Rexes and Banzibills were not,As well as the Mega Mole and Monty mole. And tecnicly, This is from Super mario Allstars' SMB3 Gfx. Oh And the Fuzzys and the Non shelled koopas are orignal too.
