料:絲瓜1條
調味料:咖哩粉1大匙、酥炸粉100公克、鹽、白胡椒粉少許、雞粉1小匙、雞蛋一粒、水適量
沾料:鹽胡椒少許

作法:
1.先將絲瓜去皮,切成長條狀,使用餐巾紙吸乾水分備用。
2.取一個容器,再加入所有粉類調味料與全蛋一起使用打蛋器攪拌均勻,分次加入水分調勻,到麵糊粘稠狀,能完全附著絲瓜條表面即可。
3.再將做法1的絲瓜放入調好的麵糊裡面,分批再放入180℃的油鍋中炸到麵衣定型,即可先撈起,把油溫再升高到200再把所有炸好的絲瓜條下鍋5-10秒逼油。
4.最後再搭配鹽胡椒即可。
