Actually, the Zapruder film was shown on national televison just four hours after the assassination. There is no way that it could have been edited in that time. And the car was at a constant speed, parade speed, 10 MPH.

everyone says the piece of brain matter but i have examined the zapruder film frame by frame in which you can find online and there is nothing on the back of the car i suspect she may have been trying to get out of the car.

I suspect you're right.
So why do you think Jackie tries to get out, and The Governor and his wife DUCK down?
Where would the shot have to come from to ellicit a reaction like that?

Look at the area between the steering wheel, and Greer's chest, and then look at the white smoke around Jack's head. What do you see if you quickly play it over and over?

Exactly and if you watch the film it looks as if a frame or two are removed because everything kinda just jumps forward, and both of them look back at the same time then right as the head shot hit both men jump forward, Governor and wife lean down, and Jackie tried to get out of the car, why would she get out if they were being shot from outside the car?

because of the shock she was in, she claimed that she was going to put him back together and reached for peices of his head.

part2... I have seen arguments suggesting the footage was altered within that time (at least before the 1969 showing). Witnesses describe the car coming to a stop or almost a stop (around the time the police motocycle appears to speed up beside the car (perhaps it was the car which slowed down and the cycle overshot). There are other anomalies such as at 0:17 where a man suddenly goes from standing with legs together to legs spaced all within one frame which is extremely fast in reality.
