BPO = Broker Price Opinion... basically a realtor/broker's idea of value for a particular property. The asset managers for banks LOVE to get us to do LOTS of BPOs.

Your investors were better of buying homebuilder stock, if they wanted to gamble in the housing market. They would have made 50% on Pulte Homes stock alone in the last month.
