i made my own DBT. instead of putting that wheel at the end i used a drill bit, works fine.

I got to agree with the last comment. You can do the exact same thing with your rotary vise in a 10th of the time and don't need to buy any of this "extra" equipment.

Cor what, just use a blinking in line rotary vise, job done in seconds.

Good comment frycdf. I've seen the other spinning block referred to by Jan Siman & it is incredibly overpriced. These are very easy to make for only a few bucks.

Jan, are you afraid of a little competition? Jim has built a nice little tool. Who cares if it's similar to yours. You'll be happy to know he was published in an article where he has full blown step-by-step instructions on how to build this twister in the latest issue of Fly Tyer magazine. So now every fly tyer in the country knows exactly how to build them. So much for having to pay $80 for something worth $10. Good luck selling them now...
