Strange Noise in the skies of Jersey City New Jersey Part 2

This is the second part of the video with the strange noise at 5:07 am on May 21st 2011. At this point in time the noise level dropped significantly, so the camera won't pick it up as well as in the first video. The noise completely stopped between 5:07 am and 5:30 am. I didn't record a video of the noise stopping, but it sounded like a bbq grill or blowtorch flame shutting off when you cut the gas. The camera puts this static looping sound in all video recordings that it takes. It's probably a bad mic or something, but you can hear it in this video.

If you fast forward to 2mins 50 seconds you can hear the sound much better because the sound got much louder at that point.

It's a Nikon Coolpix L11 6MP camera which takes great photos, but has subpar audio recording, so these videos don't capture the full quality of witnessing the noise.

@downunderdemocrat Oh, and the bible says, "Do not be dismayed at the stars". He doesn't want us to be like the Chaldeans, who were obsessed with the cosmos, always superstitious, etc. I'm going to leave this channel because I don't know what the strange noise is, however, I suspect it could be even Satanic to try to freak us out. I'm just going back to the word, keeping the faith. See ya. :)

@natcupcakes to the official website to read what their claims are. They just jump on the HAARP bandwagon because it's government and big govt is not to be trusted. I don't claim to have all the answers. Most of the sounds videos are faked. Not all. The ones that aren't are truly something strange.

But to say immediately that they are all HAARP, and discount the numerous other theories and possibilities is silly.

If you have questions about HAARP, I urge you to go there. They do give tours.

@janiceholloway9 Statements like "It is HAARP." and "100% proof that HAARP is (insert scary, overblown idea here)" ((Not something you said, but video titles, etc.) is a pretty bold statement & fear mongering at its finest.

You may or may not believe what the HAARP website says, and if you've done research- more than simply watching a few YouTube videos about it- and still come to the conclusion that something's not right, then so be it. But the fact is most people have never even gone..
