Actually, Never mind... I found this to be the Liquidated Damages that will be charged for using their service in this manner: "Five times the total of our then current monthly charges over a period of 1 year (i.e. 5 times 12 times our monthly charges), but not less than $900" I think you should make people aware of this 'cus not many people read Terms...

I was reading the terms of service for Mail Chimp before signing up, and I found this "we do not allow businesses that offer these types of services, products, or content: Multi-level marketing, Affiliate marketing, Work from home, Internet Lead-gen, Make money on online opportunities, etc."
Doesn't that mean we shouldn't be using it? please let me know your side because it really seems like a marvelous product
