Joel Brodsky, Glenn Selig talk Drew Peterson

Without the hearsay evidence, the case against Drew Peterson for the murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio, is far, far weaker and more conjectural than was the case against Casey Anthony, as I read the news reports. Still, as jurors are likley to find him more loathsome than Anthony, a conviction is still possible. Though at this point I wouldn't be surprised if the case never comes to trial.

What are the odds of one wife dying of a so called "accident" and another wife just goes missing? I doubt Peterson will get off the hook. However, if their is enough reasonable doubt like in the Casey trial he could walk!
