Sorry the quality is so awful, but I wanted to get this up and running... This is off the tape "The Bloody Bloody Matches of the Carribean" and this is the final segment where Manny Fernandez nearly kills Invader III with a series of off the top rope knee drops even though he clearly injures Invader III. It's old school and reminds me of the days I wrestled and never gave injuries a thought until I got hurt myself... UPDATE - Since ti seems like a topic of debate, I won't let on if it is a work or not, but Manny was a notoriously stiff worker and this fits right in with the rep...

idk...i seen this a few times around the net and the thing that gets to me is the amount of blood that comes out...i want to think its fake but idk..also many reaction makes me think its fake..if it was real he wouldve had stoped..

It appears to be a work because while a large amount of 'blood' appears, there is no pumping action - therefore, he had a blood pack in his mouth. Further, the referee does not cross his arms/wrist which is the signal for an unplanned injury. Also you have to wonder why Manny continued to wrestle in Puerto Rico when its biggest promoter was supposedly ''killed'' in this clip. Lastly, why didn't the wrestlers kill Manny later on when they had so much time to do so?

@caseykk01 LOL Fernandez tells a lot of wild stories. He's known for it. Also, this man did not die. Just took a few months off from wrestling and wrestled Fernandez in a "street fight" at a big show for revenge when he returned. They used this angle to set up a main event feud with the Ragin Bull vs Invader I.

Manny lives in the same town as me and one day me and my friend were at the bar and we asked him for an autograph and yes he really did kill this guy! He tells everyone the story about it.
