I find the change very useful for the poor in the rural areas.
The cars were only coming from U.S.A, and yet It was only useful for the rich. Now I support the change where as only the New Zealanders and Australians were sending the majority of resources and money continously and consistently when needed. U.S.A was only good for the economy because their rate was higher than other countries. But not really helping those in need.

Prime Minister appears to be some what conceded. Not a very tactful individual, calling the journalist "handicapped".....frankly I find him quite rude!
