Those are Barred Owls, the one that sounds like a monkey is the male and the call you are hearing is actually called the "monkey call."

on my front porch at about 1 in the morning,In NY state.I camp alot in the Adirondacks,and I believe there black bear.If there is any odd noises such as a car comeing in the distance, they shut up and dont seem to change location till it passes and all is quiet again.They were back last night. It's hard to film calls without a minute of dead air time.
