This is an excellant meditation. I lay back to listen to it and listen to my breathing. I waited for you to speak and realised that the clip had finished. I am relaxed now.

I don't feel like I have healed this disease I have but do feel like I have control over my disease and life now. As strange as meditation seems or how much a doctor might laugh at you for doing it, meditation is proved to have many physical effects on our bodies. Our heart rate slows down, along with our blood pressure. Our immunity gets stronger and blood flows from muscle to our digestive system making our digestion stronger.

Well, "keep lying there" is an interesting place to stop. With the eyes closed, one could lie there for, dunno...an hour???

Yes an hour sounds good. Through my 7 Spiritual Laws of Yoga training we meditated for 1 hour twice a day. However, the suggested time is 30 minutes twice a day to get the most benefits from meditation.
