Years ago, a TV show called Talk About Pictures, with Leigh Wiener, featured Charlie Rose-esque interviews with the heaviest photogs of the time. Alfred Eisenstadt, Ansel Adams, collector Graham Nash, and tons more. These 130 episodes should be aired again, and we are trying to help.
Originally shot on 2" video tape, this is a lasting record of some incredible talent. These clips are just a small sample.

  • This series has 130 hours of photo history, and we are trying to find a company/organization/distributor to help us restore and digitize all of the episodes. This material should not be lost.

  • Joe Rosenthal took the famous Iwo photo.

  • How's your search going for a partner in trying to restore and enhance the show? Looking to see how we all can get this on DVD for the public. Please let us know. It's a gem.

  • I can't believe this is not on DVD

  • Really enjoyed seeing the great announcer George Fenneman, co-hosting the show. He's the guy with the incredibly smooth voice. Mr. Fenneman was best known as Groucho Marx's announcer/ straight-man on "You Bet Your Life" aka "The Best of Groucho." He was also a highly successful commercial spokesman for a variety of products and services, including Chesterfield cigarettes, and Home Savings of America.

  • where can i watch the ansel adams ep?

  • I went to the induced website to see if this can be purchased.. Anyone know where to get this? This is awesome.

  • me too

  • Yes I agree. The show should be aired again, or better jet posted as digital archive on youtube for everyone to see.
