You're not losing it. The whole song is erotic. The scene in the video represents Yoshiwara, Tokyo's 19th century red-light district. The hands beckoning behind the bars are traditional Edo-era prostitutes.
Omodaka is wonderful. The contrast of traditional voice with the obscure synths is enough to warrant me to buy this. I hope they keep on making music. Cantata 169 is still one of my favorite songs. Thanks Omodaka.

I agree. I've actually never heard of this until recently, and at first I was kind of in the "wtf?" area. But I keep coming back to listen to this.
