Once again! Dragons are awesome!!!

You hold B and A on controller 2 while playing through and fighting the boss at the very beginning before the actual game starts. Try doing that with the keyboard while using a controller. lol. Trust me, it isn't hard but tricky if you haven't done that before.

There was a code you could do in the sound test that would give you 20 lives to start the game. Made it a hell of a lot easier to get through the full game when we were learning it. :)
I can't remember exactly, but you did something on controller 2 while you were in the sound test, then it made a tone if you did it right. Then you could play the game and start with 20 lives, whether as the blue or gold dragon.

That doesn't make sense at all and they could have had it say after the first line of text in the ending fades out have the picture fade out and have it say "But". Then show only the shadows of the maidens from stage 2 to 6 the text would say "You did not rescue the maidens from the darkness, therefore Galda will be able to come back any time he wishes. Next time, try to rescue the maidens from the darkness." and you would see their shadows only, don't you think so?

I like how old games like this say "Thank you for playing" or something to that effect when you beat the game. It disappoints me that games today don't say that.
I dunno if this game used to have different versions.... but I remember that when I played it.... the last boss used to be the enemy before the last boss u just killed!... mm I´m pretty sure about that.. what´s the explanation?.... that I used to finish the game using the gold dragon?... or how do u get into that? being with the blue dragon?... not being killed in all the game?

If you die in the prologue you'll play as the Gold Dragon the rest of the game. Being a Gold Dragon means you're pretty much playing on easy difficulty and there are less stages, you don't get to fight the end boss' final form and you don't get the good ending. If you beat the prologue without dying, then you get to play the Blue Dragon and you can play the full game.

you do know theres more than one ending to this game?

Yeah, there's 2 endings. This is the good ending and the other one with the Gold Dragon is the bad ending.

If you only got shadows for the maidens you were supposed to rescue in stage 2 to 6, will they appear that way during the end credits?

You get to see them w/out the shadows in the ending.
