You may want to also consider bringing people who specialize in modern transportation, vehicle dealers (they can help in modernizing private transportation), nurses, doctors (in all professions), prior-military personnel, lawyers, educators, architectural engineers, scientists (in all fields), and people of the such. Incentives like critical positions in government, housing, and other incentives would attract a LOT of African- American, Caribbean, Central & South American talent.

So does this "WELCOME HOME JOURNEYS" allow African-Americans, Caribbeans, Central & South Americans to repatriate back to West Africa? How would it be made easier for us to integrate & allow us to contribute our talents/expertise without scrutiny? I ask, because I have a BSE (and working on my MsE) in Electrical Engineering. I'm also USMC Special Forces trained/SPECOPS warfare (Intelligence, Physical/Cyber protection, Hand to Hand Combat, Guerilla Warfare, R.B.C Protection & Containment) cont.

This is awesome!!! This will reduce the misunderstanding that exit between Africans and African Americans. I hope it does not become another form of colonization; this time by our own brothers. Other African countries should follow this path because only God knows how bad African Americans want to identify with something (They dont know who they are; have no point of reference). Very very good Nigeria!!!!
