60163 Tornado on the Talisman on 7th feb 2009

Seen here (in subzero temperatures) at a location on the ECML some where south of Doncaster is The new A1 steam loco 60163, with the Talisman. This train is heading south to London Kings Cross. Please aslo check out Truck Ducks channel for his video (filmed in HD) of this train at this location. 60163 is shortly to be named Tornado at York I believe.


I would like to dedicate this video to the A1 trust for all their hard work in bringing this wonderful loco to life, so A1 folks this video is for you. Thank you.

lovely footage.

I was on board, and it is nice to see someone who filmed where they should. loads of people were filming on the tracks, hence why we couldn't get speed up after Peterborough.

Really great footage, Tornado is a beauty! She really is :-)

Bit stunned to learn that some folk where filming from on the tracks. Bet the BTP were doing their nut over them.

It looks like YT have altered it so we get a quality somewhere in between standard & high. I hope high quality is either fixed or brought back.Cheers.

As far as I know there´s no possibility to EMail YouTube anymore.

A YouTube friend of mine wrote, that he found some statements on a Google help-forum about this bug. They wrote that YouTube knows about it.

But I´m not shure if this is true. It´s now the 5th day and I´m not able to upload anything in High Quality.

Ah bet that's why I can't see it in High quality then. has any one emailed You tube to find out at all? Hope You Tube can get it sorted out.

There´s a YouTube bug in the last three days.

I´m and my friends here on YouTube aren´t able to upload videos in HighQuality anymore.

Nobody knows why.

I´ve stopped to upload videos until this bug is fixed.

I've had videos that have done this before with the quality thing, I've known some of mine to take up to a week or so some times before High Quality becomes available. Not sure why though. Any way many thanks.
