You must really be trying hard to misunderstand things.
This man is not unknown to muslims - he is well known, and we know his views on different issues, better than you (a stranger/outsider) do.
He meant that SOME of the kuffar are liars, in particular, your leaders. And it is to people like you that these scumbags are lying. Whether you become infected by these is up to you.
Please actually listen to the video without your blinkers on and maybe that will become clear to you.
