My second workout with my new 50lb York Fat Man Blobs...AWESOME! Needless to say, I was pretty excited to get this lift. HAHA! I called it a 100lber in the video! OOPS.
I'd been lifting blobs backwards the whole time. John taught me the correct way, but I must have lost that info in my brain somewhere. I'd been putting my thumb on the handle side...I switched it around and hit it easily. I call it a backwards lift, but it wasn't. I'm all over the place in this one. LH still needs some work to put the Fat Man. I'll get it soon.
