I recently received my first order of Nutrisystem Select. It's Nutrisystem's frozen foods. Delivered right to my door by Schwan's food delivery company.

what ever happen to just plain hard exercise to lose weight? if you can't exercise just intake less calories. all this chemical crap will catch up to you. not now but it will in the future.

Schwans should get sued by Nutrisystem because schwans claims they make the products Nutrisystem sells which is a complete lie.

they just add synthetic chemical preservatives, its extremely healthy. you might eat it and feel fine now, maybe even lose weight (after starving from spending so much money on this scam)but dont be surprised when you come back from the doc 10 years from now with cancer. The synthetic ingredients are as strongly linked to cancer as smoking but the food industry is even bigger than tobacco and they won't have to change a thing either.

Nutrisystem is the nastiest shit I have ever tasted. Some things are good but somethings just taste so bad (mostly everything). And some things just seem wrog like how you don't have to refrigerate any of the meat? That's fucked up and I wouldn't recommend it.
