I've never boiled lobster before; but I have heard that you should remove the rubber band before you boil them because it will make it taste different if you don't.

Great video. After watching several preparation videos and even one that illustrated the "humane" way of dispatching the lobster by thrusting a knife threw it's head and cutting down middle of the face (very violent and disturbing) I find your simple way the best. I will keep watching your videos and thanks for posting.
