This is the same Khali Meehan that challenged Lamon Brewster for the WBO heavyweight title a couple of years later! He lost to Brewster via a split decision after Brewster had KO'd Wladimir Klitschko!

Williams has always had the skills, power, speed and ability to throw excellent combinations.
It's lack of self confidence and quality opponents that have held him back. He could have been a world-class top ten contender. Unfortunately, since his loss to Klitschko he has never been the same since.
