Phil Menoir: The Second Chance

Part 1 of 2. One of my films submitted to the madison film fest about 4 years ago. Phil Menoir private investigator is acused of murder after Guy Tanner finds the PI's business card in his cousin's hand shortly after her death. As Guy Tanner confronts the private investigator, he is hit in the head with a meteorite, giving him unnatural abilities and the chance to exact revenge. Now the private investigator has to proove his inocense by solving the case of the young girl's death.
