This is my first year of winterizing a pond. I live in zone 5 and attempted to store my tropical plants indoors. My plan was to have 2 totes full of water at room temp. and allow sunlight. I have been doing water changes ever 3 weeks. My water lily and lotus loved this and actually grew for me. My whole lot of hibicus did not fair as well. After losing half of them I attempted to wrap them and keep them in a dark place. I ended up losing them all.
