how do you get the truck mods to work?

I`ve done exactly as the readme for the Scania R620 says but it doesnt show up in the game!

But the smoke/xenon lights and trailer mods work fine.

Another problem is to get to drive used trucks!

I`ve bought 2 trucks and 2 trailers but my garage is empty! =((

please help.
