On the 40th anniversary of Woodstock in Bethel, NY, this is a short clip that includes documents about Woodstock the Town of Bethel Museum and an interview with Marion Vassmer, who with her late husband, Art, owned Vassmer's General store in Kauneonga Lake in the summer of 1969.
@Eastonfan1 Sorry...I meant my wife and I met Mr.Vassmer in 94...I took a pic. of him and my wife...I broke my leg in the Woodstock field and my wife went to his store to buy some souveniers she promised to folks back home...as soon as she walked in he mentioned about me breaking my leg![how did he know?] He gave my wife the things she wanted and didn't charge her...glad we got to meet the man!!
