  • wat was the company name on this crane

  • The company doing the job was Western Marine Construction.

  • What type of hammer is that? It doesn't look like an OED and the blow rate seems pretty high. Is it a closed-end diesel? I've only worked around OEDs and vibe hammers.

  • I am not sure which one that is, but the contractor used three different hammers on that job. All are single acting air hammers, Vulcan #1, 06, and a 512.

  • Send that thing to the gulf and pile drive that oil well.

  • I've used ICE and Delmag hammers. Never tried a Kobelco. Sounds like its hitting good !
