@RaguelAngelofBalance Sorry you are conflicted. Both are good, it really depends on what type of fishing you want to do. The Kayak is lower to the water, very easy to maneuver and can get you into the shallowest water without the need of a motor. The square stern canoe is really designed for a small outboard (that's the reason for the transom), and is ideal for fishing bigger waters where you might be running some distance or trolling quite a bit....God bless you, Italo

@RaguelAngelofBalance check out the Ocean Kayak torque model. It has a built in trolling motor that can be taken out easily.

@ItaloLabignan Plus with the canoe I can take my wife or a friend. I'm leaning on the kayak since I go solo most of the times.

I'm so conflicted between a kayak like that and a square stern canoe. I have no room for a real boat and motor, so I have remain "portable". : /
