Japan should not win against Russia. If so Korean peninsula must be Russia's
colony. But We would not advance to Manchuria. So Japan would not join toWW2.
However Japan had to fight agaist Russia actually. In 1863 Tsushima island (betweenJapan and Korea) was occupied by Russian fleet. Tokugawa gov offered to get rid Tsushima of Russia. Japan noticed Russsia 's fear. In
1903 neighbor regeon of Korea was all Russian territory. Korea had fate to be Russia's colony. Japan had to fight to Russia.
