annoyed cat and mad dog fight Erny & Lottie fun play canine teases feline

Our cat and dog play fight like this nearly every day. The cat has it much worse though because we now have a new pup who will not leave him alone! Neither of them gets hurt during this play - if they did then I'm sure the wouldn't continue. The end bit is at 13% speed which is roughly 7.7 times slower than normal speed. I did this to show just how fast the cat is. Mad dog & crazy annoyed cat! West Highland white Terrier (westie) vs cat. and Scarborough train which the passengers saw the indecent incident!

I think households should either be cat or dog, not both. Dogs are too boistereous for cats. And this poor cat being pestered all day long is too much. Sure it got ithe better of the dog in the end, but it shouldn't have to go through this kind of thing. And as for getting another dog to gang up on the cat, well thats just cruelty.

@KateFan - the cat enjoys the playing - if not he would stay out of the way. I haven't actually got 'another dog to gang up on the cat'; they all play together, with the cat been the boss.

already, both seem to enjoy very much, I love when dogs and cats are friends ... I'm the owner of a Westie named Cody, I know their nature are very curious and brave and is a mix that make of their contemptuous of danger and is the only reason that I was concerned about the sweet Lottie.

@Astrelius - I know what you mean, they are extremely brave indeed. She's a tough cookie but Erny is surprisingly tactile in his playing - he can look after himself too but seems to know how rough to take it and not over the top. He is the boss as he's the oldest, with all his comical prancing.

@KateFan My grandad's house had a big ass dog and a male cat and a female cat, when the female cat gave birth, there was too many kittens to carry to one place, and the male cat told the dog to help with the kittens, and the dog actually helped! it was cute to watch and i wish i got a camera but it was the 70s and camera was expensive
