You are correct about them being false prophets. I was a Jehovah`s Witnesses. They did NOT ever say Jesus would come in 1975. He already came in 1914 according to their beliefs. The Paradise earth was suppose to come in 1975. So if your going to preach at least know what your talking about.

If prophecy is proven false, isn't it the Lord revealing a false prophet?  Never mind "it was a mistake." His Word says don't follow a false prophet.

The WTB&TS has occult roots, any open-minded JW out there should read The Watchtower and The Masons by Fritz Springmeier. Rutherford actually admitted to having received channeled information from angels; and unless a person chooses to be ignorant of what the Bible says about an angel preaching a new gospel, then one should realize that anything supposedly revealed by angels is purely demonic in source.

I think there is enough in print for any honest JW to acknowledge that the Society was responsible for implying that it was extremely likely that armageddon would come in 1975, and for things like praising people for selling everything they had in the "few remaining months before armageddon" etc. The problem is, how many honest JW's are there'?

Again I am asking you to read the words clearly - he could, he could, he could now if somebody said those words to you - will you take it to mean that he is going to - Now again being a Jehovah's witness I will know that man has to live on planet earth and not up in heaven so i will know whether I want to live doing God's will by actively preaching his words or not - they willingly sold their property to preach God's words - Jesus was enthroned in 1914 and they knew that

Jehovah did return but in 1972, although as a new born baby. He will raise before 2012. The Jehova's witness were correct although not precise as to when.
