@TKDchief this is ITF not WTF tkd ITF use's sine wave
there is only one performance better than this, and that is trulshotvedt 's
but still, this was executed brilliantly and to almost perfection, deserves more than a thumbs up

@MickScarborough nor mine its too slow and unrealistic after all you wouldnt be attacked at that speed

can anyone tell me about the sine wave technique i see alot of?
What is its purpose and what benefits do you get from using this style? I study under the tagb so as some of you will know i would not have come across this before. Thanks

very nice, i agree the release is a bit fast define it a bit more by lengthening the arc to bring the fist to stop in front of the navel.

the hooking fist was a bit too fast, and movements could be a little more powerfull i think, but very precise and splendid performance
