@fairytalenicole I disagree, CAS does more harm than help here in Canada...

@fairytalenicole I am doing a documentary about people who have been adversely affected by Family Court, divorce, DV, and other elements including CAS involvement. Would you be willing to be interviewed to show that CAS does have success stories such as yours. I feel it is important to balance the documentary. You can message me here or at alvhun at aol dot com. Thank you.

yeagh, al those political correct dirty sophisms to 'professionally' talk right whats wrong to begin with, children are not protected by breaking up normal families, no child is safe in a deparenting system, children belong to grow up at home with both biological parents(hetero's!), children&fathers are not meant for sic&selfish 'choices', femini$Sm-samesex-atheism have infiltrated-polluted the system, stop making (mental!) poverty, stop funding defathering!

1) CFSA is contrary to the Constitution & Charter of Rights in Canada.
2) The CFSA contains specific Gender Targetting which is contrary to Criminal Code Hate Crimes Legislation & Charter.
3) CFSA does NOT comply in any manner with the United Nations Council on the Rights of the Child (CRC)
4) Our Government has yet to initiate ANY of the accepted & signed off UN-CRC. Search for "Canada Fit for Children" which is the Gov Doc on it.
5) CAS workers are NOT licenced / registered = not accountable

Just watched this on vaticancrimes. Wanted you to know that it's an awesome post. Thanks.
I disagree with your points on CAS collecting evidence against you. I am a current crown ward of the Children's Aid Society in Ontario. CAS is not here to break up families, they are here to protect children...

@fairytalenicole Of course they are supposed to be helping and they do that, and I'm glad they were there to help you. But a lot of people have had their lives needlessly turned upside-down by the CAS. Go see the movie at blakout (dot) ca and hear their stories. there is a problem. When there is abuse IN the system, there is nowhere to turn.

@thetruthergirls Abuse in the system meaning? Yes, I am aware that child abuse happens everywhere, I was mentally abused by many old foster parents, but those situations were dealt with accordingly. I am an advocate for my agency and every Youth in Care in Canada (with the National Youth in Care Network) as well as all Youth in Care in Ontario (with YouthCAN).

@fairytalenicole Go watch the documentary. If you are an advocate, that's great. Maybe you can make a difference and see to it that this kind of stuff stops happening. It's great that CAS is there to help kids who need it, but when there is abuse in the foster care system, it needs to be deal with properly and not just covered up.
