Capy, Skinny Pig REST IN PEACE

Sadley on the 6.04.07 Capy died, she was suffering from a diarrhoea bug that has been going around Guinea Pigs. Rest In Peace baby, run free at Rainbow Bridge, make sure you keep yourself warm.

This is Capy, she was my Skinny Pig. There are two types of Hairless Guinea Pigs, Skinny Pig and Baldwin. I have a Skinny Pig, they have slight have covering of hair over the face and feet, some have more than others. Baldwins are completely bald.

Capy is around 5 months old, she is around 3 months when this movie was taken of her! She has the biggest mouth and the loudest squeek!

I have a white guinea pig and she has been losing hair in a spot and we think it is a ringworm or something. I am scared to death that something will happen to her. Rest in peace Capy!

It could be either Ringworm, Mites or a Fungal infection. I would recommend taking it to the vets and having a skin scrape done. Please contact me privately if you need any more advice. Emma x

I have got normal hairy guinea pigs, 14 to be exact.

Sadly tonight Capy died. She would have been around 7 months old. She was very upset in her cage and not eatting, she was suffering from diarrhoea. I did the best I could but sadly it was not ment to be. I miss her so much and its only been an hour. Emma x
