I understand that Sandy was handled poorly, but why is there so much emphasis placed on Obama as opposed to the state governments? As a New Yorker who was here to witness all of the phases of Sandy, I believe the fault is more in Mayor Bloomberg's hands as opposed to President O. In my opinion, the city officials were very disorganized and priority-misguided. I'm not trying to attack anyone, I'm just trying to understand this situation politically. Can anyone answer?

Equal wealth is actually more aligned with socialism. What's so wrong with redistributing wealth? The top 1% owns almost half the nation's wealth. Meanwhile the dwindling lower middle class is barely staying alive in this uneven economy. I think he's just trying to rebuild a fair capitalist economy, and the only way that can happen is by acknowledging that there is a huge gap between the lower class and the upper class.

Obama is doing what every dictator in history has done- he has begun, little by little, to disarm the population. He's a communist. Redistribution of wealth is another communist action, and it has never worked well in the past.
