@quispamsisst2 Better to look a little slow and be methodical and do a good job than to look fast but not follow the book and risk a lot of injuries for it.
When no life is threatened, there is no reason for a FF to risk his life to get in a hurry and make a mistake. And at least 3 on on line, there is A LOT of pressure pushing back, and with them elevating the line to get it in the window, 4 FF is more appropriate. Like seeing SFD using rehab properly too! Thanks Doc!
I have to agree with ncfirefighter910, remember the old cartoons where a someone shoots a firehose and slings them around everywhere, well if one man looses control of that line he had better have a FEW men to bak him up plus holding the damn thing, yes it is that powerful!
um thats atleast a 2and a 1/2 inch hose i would say they probably need more men on the line. firefighters are doing everything they can. so be happy you get what you can get
Is it just me or are firefighters taking their time these days firefighting fires. Dont get me wrong in this video they aren't taking their time. Plus I dont think you need 4 FF on a hose, maybe 2.
Just spit balling here, kind of looks like another suppression problem they were having was it appeared no one took to the roof for quad vent.

why have a fog pattern through the window? Fog brings in more oxygen + more fire + members getting injured! Straight tip all the way till overhaul

@quispamsisst2 probably a 2.5" hose, you need at least 3 people on that type of line or it will get away from you

Great vid and the captain seems to be in control, which is nice... Great to see how dedicated he is with the crews.
