@legitfreek My parents are indian and I was born in Canada...I served in Canadian Forces for three years....we had to do that as well...pick up a "buddy" and run 50 metres. Are you serving right now or served in the Indian Army?

A normal soldier in army has to run for 5 kms in 27 mins during his selection and when they are selected they have to run more that. Then only the best of them are selected for commandos who have to run not less than 10 kms a day during their training

But they are taking boys and girls who run for mere 200 m and got selected

Everyone knows a normal NDA candidate has to go through 5 days SSB screened by group of senior army officers but definitely not by two captains as shown in final interview

First of all an army person is not allowed to wear his uniform after discharge from service, so who give permission to these retd army officers to wear them

Secondly in real army men have to hold up the rifles(which is not less than 5kg) above their shoulders and then they are supposed to make 10 rounds of army parade ground daily for consecutively 1 month. So that their hands are so strong enough to hold it and they can shoot target with high precision and they are given shooting training
