THE STORY behind the cake: McDonalds celebrated it's 50 year anniversary and the Casper's company (a company that owns a good chunk of the Mcdonalds in Florida) threw a rather large party in celebration, hence the cake. It was made to feed around 800 people, put together was at least 5 feet tall, and was freakishly heavy.
This is one of our favorite cakes (In retrospect!) that we've ever had to do, we love it and hope you do too.
It was a crazy, crazy week.
BTW If this video seems rushed together or whatnot... It's because it is. I spend a lot of time editing a longer video (that had a lot of other material in it other than just the McDonald's cake), and needed to make a video with just the Mcdonald's cake in it, so I took all of the cake footage and put it into this video, and sped it up. It's a little fast and dizzy etc, but this was never really suppost to be the final copy. It was just a holder until I edited a real short version.... which as of yet has still not happened. But still, you can see the cake despite the crappy editing, so that's good.
