Coming from someone who is a classic rock/Classical/Folk Guitar/Irish folk kind of person, Gotye is such an awesome artist. He sounds like the sweet combination of Peter Gabriel and MGMT for me. I love him. He gives me hope for the music of the future.

A pestimistic view on that but doing something now can have bigger affects in the future. Of course the world will end, but right now we are simply accelerating the destruction of it, perhaps if we tried to changed it, we could actually ensure a longer existence on this planet.
