Everthing I have ever read coming out of NASA supports the theory of global warming, and the need for cap and trade.
Clean energy and safe long lasting high powered batteries is the technologies of the 21st century. America needs to work hard to catch up and surpass the research inthese technologies. For the last 10 years we have been falling behind China and Germany
