I Feel your pain. I had bought 2 phones and with unlimited internet service. I have found that i am limited to the videos i watch. If it requires flash, it wont work. I was promised that there would be an update. It never happened and they now claim that they don't know anything about it. I have walked into a T-Mobil store and acted like i never had a smart phone before I recorded the sales pitch. listen 4 yourself as they leave out important information, so they can make the sale.
Must be flex-pay... all regular post-paid customer care is located in the US... sorry to tell ya.. but if you want the best customer care, get your credit scores up or pay the deposit for a post-paid plan.
you are so right. Great video! Every woman sounds like the one before her. Arabic or indian accents,are very annoying to me. Then they keep asking you the same question,that you just answered them. Example- are you experiencing this problem frequently? Yes sir or ma'am. Are you experiencing this problem fequently? Yes. 5mins later..... Are you experiencing this problem frequently?
