dude that wasn't training you just did a bunch of random crap on a hang board. training has to be systematic and measurable.

This dudes got the idea!
-
you make it look so easy! :)

4:03 WTF? :D ur insane!
-
Can you show us how you built this?

@retrosmasher Dude! He's a climber! think about it. You don't want to carry big muscles (extra weight) up a mountain side, it consumes to much energy. Its called strength to weight ratio. Climbers aren't meat heads and don't need big legs. Plus when it comes down to it. this guy could punch your head off. hAH

Sick bro. Nice set-up. Just finished an indoor bouldering cave myself. Looking into installing a finger board.

hey man this is pretty sweet. you should be trying to expend that room you have to more of a finger tip jungle. like the work though bro. keep it up

Very cool set up. I just made a pull up bar like that and didn't even think to make the board longer and use the sides to mount hand hold. DIY life!

WOw love that set up you have there. i'm just starting to get into climbing and things of that nature and i'm about to get a hang board shortly
Do you have good pinch for rock climbing? If you do, try holding on to the 2 by 10's on your ceiling. If you can hold on to it, try walking across your ceiling with you arms by pinching. This will help a tremendous amount with pinch. Also it just looks insane.

@torix2000 I never thought of that... Sounds like i better start practicing to be able to do that. I only recently been working the fingerboard so im still trying to build up the fingertip strenth.

@Fazioenterprise Working the fingers and pinch is the hardest thing to work on. Most people who start rockclimbing or are experienced and start a new level, are almost always stopped because of their finger strenght.

@torix2000 Thanks ill work on that too!

Did you buy that fingertip board, or make it yourself? I know you climb trees (lol), but are you into rock climbing/bouldering...so many great places for that in upstate new york. Again, thanks for sharing your training!

@StevenSWM Yes im into climbing of everything. The fingertip board is really awesome, i am borrowing it from a friend. It will be great fingertip and grip strenth, and hopefully i will be doing 2 finger pullups shortly.
