This is very disrespectful to the families of the dead soldiers. How dare you use their names for your protest. If you want to use their names you should each one of those soldiers families and ask permission. You are allowed to protest, but not when it impedes other to make decisions for themselves.

I don't have one. Canadian soldiers have died. If you guys in the CF and parliament want to cover that up, pretend it didn't happen, or ignore it, that's your business.

I'm pretending it didn't happen at all. You are forgetting the CF doesn't choose where it goes, the government does. I know they died, but how dare you and your friends use their names for your own political gains. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

And yes you do have a right to protest, its just the fact that you are doing it in a manner that is disrespectful.

Anyway, it's hardly for our political gain. I can't point to a single thing I've gained (beyond friends) from being a part of the anti-war movement. The second there's a legitimate invite from the people of Afghnaistan, we'll stop. And not an invite from an artificially propped up parliament 3 years after the war began.

Oh and just so you know precedent does not apply in provincial court. Each case is weighed on its own merits, and just because, your friends got off last time, does not mean it will happen again. And for the record, using the names of dead soldiers, my comrades is disgusting and disgraceful. You want to use their names, ask their families first, just don't be surprised when they tell you to frig off.

Arrest without warrant on premises

9. (1)  A police officer, or the occupier of premises, or a person authorized by the occupier (ie campus security) may arrest without warrant any person he or she believes on reasonable and probable grounds to be on the premises in contravention of section 2. R.S.O. 1990, c. T.21, s. 9 (1).

(ii) engages in an activity on premises when the activity is prohibited under this Act; or
